Affiliate scheme

Under the program we will credit you with 5% of the qualifying revenue from web user sessions referred to our site via your affiliate web link, subject to technical limitations. Each quarter we will e-mail you a statement and an affiliate voucher for the credit you have accumulated.

You can use affiliate vouchers against future purchases from ProFantasy. Affiliate vouchers are non-transferable (they can only be used by you) and have no cash alternative value. You can not exchange a voucher for cash and we do not give change from voucher purchases. If your voucher exceeds the value of your next order then the balance remains available on the voucher. Vouchers are valid for 1 year.

Qualifying revenue is the net product value from orders that contain Campaign Cartographer 2 Pro (full version) or Fractal Terrains excluding shipping, taxes and upgrade products. Qualifying revenue is intended to be limited to the first order placed by new customers.

We use user sessions on our web server to track affiliate referrals. This technique is generally reliable but failure is possible. For example, if our server reboots then all sessions are reset; if a web user is inactive for 20 minutes, their session expires. We operate this program in good faith but we can not and do not guarantee that every affiliate referral will be credited.

We reserve the right to vary or end this program at any time. If we vary the program we will honour any existing credit that you have earned.

This program is open to legally registered users of ProFantasy's Software. If any software piracy is found in connection with your registration then, without prejudice to our other rights, any credit owed is forfeited.
