Right click Circle 
to draw any circle types.
Click Circle to draw the default circle type.
To change a circle's radius, use EDIT, DYNAMIC EDIT(
), or STRETCH (Edit > Resize > Stretch).
To turn a circle into an arc, use BREAK (
).
To change the default circle type, Click Circle... on the Draw menu, choose a circle type, then click Default action for Circle icon to select which Circle is draw by the Circle icon
