Hatch Styles overview

Walls, floors and roofs in Perspectives Pro have intricate hatch styles to give texture to surfaces. They will then look like briock walls, rough-hewn stone or wood panelling. The current Perspectives Settings control the appearance of surfaces, and each setting includes a background color and hatch styles for the top, side, floor and wall ends. Hatch styles can be a fixed color, vary in color with the surface, or be a mixture of both.

Perspectives does not use CC3’s standard fill styles because they are not versatile enough – they cannot be aligned to vertical, horizontal or even angled surfaces. Instead, each hatch style is a tileable shape found in a CC2 file.

You can create your own hatch styles.
