This is a text-only command.
Type the text equivalent at the command prompt
THAW ALL un-freezes all frozen layers. Use this command if you need to thaw all layers at once. You may find it more convenient than the Select Layer dialog box.
To thaw (un-freeze) a single frozen layer:
Use the THAW command (Options > Layer Options > Thaw).
To freeze all layers except the current layer:
Use the FREEZE ALL command (Options > Layer Options > Freeze All).
