Landmass is a drawing tool that lets you add islands and continents to your overland maps. The landmass menu entry lets you choose from a list of options. Click one to start drawing a landmass. The toolbar button starts you drawing CC3’s default landmass.
To add the default landmass
Click Landmass .
Look at the Command Prompt. You can see the phrase Fractal Polygon: First point (E – Edit):
Click somewhere in the drawing area. Don’t drag the mouse, just move it around. Notice that when you move outside of the map border, the landmass "locks" inside the border
The prompt gives you many keyboard options to reshape the landmass as you draw. (The DEL key to remove a node, SPACEBAR to re-randomize, arrows to control depth and strength.
Click more points.
Right-click to complete the landmass.
The prompt reads Fractal Polygon: First point (E – Edit) again. CC3 is waiting for you to add more landmasses.
Note
The Landmass properties override those you have currently set in the drawing.
To see a list of all landmass drawing tools, click Landmass on the Overland menu, or right click Landmass .
To trace over existing maps, the Polygon draw method is the best.
To create completely new lands, Fractal Boxes and Fractal Circles are excellent.
If you have a good idea what you want, but need detail, Fractal Polygons are the best.
How to add a polygon custom entity

Menu or right click on toolbar button: DRAWTOOLSP; Land* - displays all land drawing tools.
Toolbar button click: DRAWTOOLSP;Land, Default* - starts the default land drawing tool.
