scroll bars (PAN)

CC3 has horizontal and vertical scroll bars that provide much the same function as PAN [View menu]. Scroll bars are located at the right and bottom edges of each drawing window. After every zoom to extents, the scroll bar buttons are repositioned to the middle of their respective sides. Display the scroll bars with the Tools button.
