Draw landmasses with straight and curved sections

1 Right click Attach then click Nearest Endpoint, then Attach Enabled, then OK.

2 Right click Landmass .

3 To draw a straight section click Map Land, coastline section, straight. To draw a curved section, click Map Land, coastline section, curved.

4 Click points, then right click to finish.

5 Add new sections, starting on the endpoint of the previous section

6 If your landmass crosses the map border, ensure that there is a straight section along each border it crosses so that the landmass forms a closed shape. You will need to disable Attach while you are adding this section.

7 Click the Layer indicator , click the middle boxes next to MAP BORDER, HEXSQUARE GRID and BACKGROUND in order to hide them. Click in the lefmost box next to COAST/SEA to make it current.

8 Click the color indicator , then click a color. Click Multipoly .

9 Cllcik the straight and curved sections, right click, click Do it. This combines all the sections into one entity.
