OUTLINE IN CURRENT COLOR adds an outline in the current color to selected entities. Note that if a selected entity is in the current color, you won’t be able to see any difference. There is no point in outlining hollow entities.
With text entities, the outline has the "Outline Only" text property.
Note: CC3’s OUTLINE IN CURRENT COLOR and OUTLINE IN BLACK commands do not change the primary color of selected entities, instead, they add an outline (a hollow copy) of the selected entities. This is to make it easier to select by color.
