Character menu: Counter catalogs

This side bar menu provides access to CA’s counter symbol catalogs. You can add these counters to your maps either before or after printing. The symbols have varicolor backgrounds – the backgrounds will be in ther currently selected color.

Select a menu heading to open the calalog in the catalog window. There are three types; 5’sq. Hex, horizontal and Hex, vertical, each divided into 5 sub groups:

Magic: symbols representing magical effects.

Monsters: a wide selection of fantasy creatures. If it is appropriate for your game, you might consider placing some of these at an increased symbol scale. (Large counters to represent large monsters)

Monsters with Attributes: the same as the monsters counters except with an attack and defense attribute.

Treasure: front views of valuable items.

Weapons: identical to the various weapons in the CA body parts catalogs, these can be added to dungeon maps

Many of these symbols can be added to the various counter templates for printing on to card.

There are many other symbol catalogs found in the Symbols\CharacterArtist\Counters folder, including those for hex counters.
