You can add CC3’s entities to your map in three ways:
· To add a map-specific entity such as a river or road, select one of the Overland Mapping buttons.
· To add map symbols to your map, click on its image in the symbol catalog window. You can then left click on the symbol and add it to your drawing,. To change to another set of symbols (a catalog) right-click Symbol Catalog Settings 
· To add custom entities, select suitable properties for the entities from the Status Bar then choose a Drawing button
